Dear Parents,
The St. Stephen Martyr Fall Festival will be held on October 1st from 11a.m. to 11p.m. The school is responsible for auction baskets for the Festival. Kindergarten is putting together a fun Halloween basket. You may donate in one of two ways. I know everyone is busy and I do not want to make this hard on anyone so I came up with a couple ideas which I hope will be helpful to you. 1. You may purchase an item/s for the basket or 2. you may donate money and I will purchase the items for you that are still needed.
Items still needed are: a $20 gift card to either Domino’s or Pizza Hut or any pizza place you choose; a Halloween candle, a $20 gift card to either Coldstone Creamery or Baskin Robbins; Halloween Funfetti cake mix and frosting, and Halloween type dish towel and washcloth, apron or hot mitts. I already have decorations, paper plates, cups, napkins and utensils and a few other items. If you would rather donate money I am asking for $15-20 donation. Remember, whatever you decide to do you will receive 1 Parent Hour for every $10 you donate or purchase. If you make a purchase I am required to ask you for the receipt. Please turn in items or donation of money to me by Friday, September 16th. Any questions let me know.
