1. There will be very light homework between now and December 16. The main homework for your child will be to learn the words and verses to “We Wish You a Merry Christmas. The CD is provided to your child in his/her homework folder.
2. If you have not purchased your child’s ticket to Breakfast with Santa and wish to please do so before the price goes up on Thursday December 1st. Price for Kindergartners is $8. Send the money to school in an envelope marked “Breakfast with Santa” and I will make sure the money gets to the office.
3. The School Christmas Program will be held on Wednesday, December 14. Kindergartners are going to be Christmas Cards. Your child will need to wear red sweat pants and a red sweatshirt, and comfortable shoes, no boots. I am making your child’s costume that he/she will be wearing over the sweat pants and shirt. You may be able to find red sweat pants and red sweat shirt at Target, Wal-Mart, etc. if you look soon. If your child already has red sweat pants and sweatshirt do not buy new ones this will do.
4. Any questions or concerns please let me know.
Thank you,
Mrs. Thorpe
Have a great week
